Jackie Rich

Jackie was born in Johnston County, NC on June 24, 1947 to the late, Joseph and Hazel Rich. He loved fishing, camping and going to the beach. He also loved playing the drums in a rock n roll band in his youth. He was a talented artist who loved painting historical sites, landscapes and seascapes, but his most prized paintings were those of the Beatles.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Joey Rich, his sister Cathy Rich and stepson William Fowler.

He is survived by his wife, Lynda Rich; son, Joel Rich (Yvette); son, Chris; stepson, Anthony Lee (Cindy) and stepson, Bennett Fowler; his grandchildren, Justin and Ashlyn Rich, Nate Rosipko, Zachary, and Issac Lee, and Raini and Talon Fowler.

The family will receive friends and guests on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 AM at Apex Funeral Home.

In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in honor of Jackie.
