Jackie Marie Stromback

Jackie Marie Stromback, 84, of Apex, North Carolina, passed away on May 27, 2026. She was born on March 15, 1942, in Graham, NC to the late Harvey and Margaret Petty. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Louis Stromback and brother, J.C. Petty. Jackie will be remembered with lasting affection by all who knew her.

Throughout her life, Jackie carried herself with a steady strength that met both ordinary days and difficult seasons with drive and determination. Even in challenging moments, she had a way of handling life through her honesty, quick wit and humor, offering comfort, perspective, and a welcome ease to those around her. In ways both simple and enduring, she left an impression that does not fade, held in the stories and memories shared by family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Moore's Chapel Cemetery, Saxapahaw, NC.
