Jimmy was born January 20, 1998 in Cary, NC to Chris and Tracy Flanagan. Jimmy was a soldier in the United States Army Reserve. Baby Jimmy was undoubtedly Chris and Tracy’s favorite son and Mack and Olivia’s favorite brother. He was the type of man that would put his troubles aside to help a person in need. His heart was as big as his smile. His personality, charm, and humor could light up the room. His soul left an everlasting impression on you. Jimmy was a light in everyone’s day and the world will be a little less bright without him.
Jimmy would want you all to remember to always order an uncomfortable amount of Chick-fil-A sauce and that YOU'RE DOING GREAT!
Jimmy is survived by his parents, Chris and Tracy; sisters, Mackenzie and Olivia; grandmother, Michele McGuinness; and extended family and many friends.
A celebration of Jimmy’s life will be held at Apex Funeral Home on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 1:00PM. Following the service, the family will be receiving condolences until 4:00 PM.
