With sincere sympathy to your family. I used to see Jim from time to time when I'd be out taking a walk, or walking grand-dogs, and he'd be out with Patches. Over the course of many few-minute conversations I appreciated his insights on many topics from retirement to rental property to pets, and more. I can't claim that I knew Jim well or that we were "close", I say just that it was really nice to know him as a good neighbor, and I will miss him, and I send my condolences to you his family.
