Janet, a native of Wake County, was born on October 11, 1940 to the late, Jesse and Annie Fowler. After 40 years of service, she retired from Cooper Tools. She was able to spend her time in retirement caring for her cats.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Jesse C Fowler and Jarvis Herk Fowler; and sister, Eula Weatherspoon.
She is survived by her sisters, JoAnn Fowler of Apex and Linda Stancil of Benson; two good friends, Wild Child and Willow; and her dog, Maddie.
