Janice Ann Dilen

Janice Ann Dilen, 93, of Cary, NC passed away on October 14th, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 4, 1932 in Tarentum, Pennsylvania and continued to live in Pennsylvania until she and her husband, Raymond J. Dilen, moved to Cary in 1972. She was widowed in September 2005 and missed her husband dearly.

Janice was a wonderful mother and homemaker to her husband, her mother Ida Brinks, and her two children Pamela Sims and Gregg Dilen. Janice especially loved her years at her beach condo in North Myrtle Beach where much love and laughter was spent with her friends and family over many years. Some of her most cherished and favorite memories include mischievous fun times with her grandson Bryan. She was an amazing grandmother who loved her grandchildren dearly.

She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Sims; son-in-law Roger Sims; and grandson Bryan. She is also survived by her son Gregg Dilen and his children Jennifer, Bradford, and Jaclyn.
