I very much enjoyed knowing and being a friend to Jean during her stay at Spring Arbor. She was always a smiling face and for sure had her makeup on, red lipstick for sure. She was such a joy as she always greeted me with a big smile and with a twinkle in her eye. Ms Jean enjoyed her reading and puzzles and always had one at work on her table. She came to exercise faithfully for a very long time and only in the past months had she drifted away and stayed more in her room. I will miss her and look forward to the day when we will all meet again. I know she will be a peace in her new heavenly home. I pray for God comfort to her family and all who grew to love Jean.

Nancy et al. -- I'm so sorry for your loss. Jean was a great friend to my mother at Spring Arbor and I know she misses her already, too. Thank you, also, for the kindness you've shown my mother along the way. Wayne Starnes (son of Laura Cox).
