Obituary of Jean Sexton Wicks

Jean Sexton Wicks, 89, of Apex, died Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at WakeMed Cary Hospital.

Jean was born October 14, 1929 in Wake County to the late Johnny and Lydia Howard Sexton.

Jean is survived by her sons, Tim McGhee (Gwen) and Greg McGhee (Tina); daughter, Cindy Tant; sister, Diane Jones (Tom); seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 2:30pm Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St., Apex, NC 27502. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Memorials may be made to Transitions Lifecare, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
