Joyce loved her family, church and friends. She owned and operated Cloer Nursery with her husband, Tom and son, Tam and was a devoted member of Faith Baptist Church.
She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 50 years, Tom; son: Tam and wife Pam; daughter: Rene and husband Brent Gaskins; grandchildren: Taylor and Ashley Cloer and Noah Cloer Gaskins; brother: Cecil Wilkerson, Jr.; and by other family and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother: Pete Wilkerson.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 3, 2015 from 1-2 pm at Faith Baptist Church, with Funeral Service to be held at 2 PM. Interment will follow at Apex Cemetery.
