Katie Isadora DeLuca-Brock, 76, of Cary, passed away June 6, 2015 at Transitions Lifecare Hospice. Katie was born February 24, 1939.
She is survived by her husband, Dale Preston Brock; and daughter Kathy.
A Memorial Service will be held 3pm Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Apex Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
