Gina and family,

We missed seeing the last CaringBridge post when it was originally sent and we were so very saddened and surprised to look back and read that Kevin had passed away.  Our deepest sympathies and prayers are with you, the girls, and your entire family.  Kevin's kind and giving heart and strength of character were very evident to anyone who met him.  We recalled how encouraging he was to 4-year old Brandon at his first Y soccer practice when he was hesitant to approach the field and interact.  He has not been shy about playing sports ever since!  May your deep faith, the love and support of family and friends, and cherished memories of Kevin give you strength and comfort at this difficult time.

Gina, Margaret, Sophia, I am so sorry for your loss.  Kevin was a great man and I feel blessed and fortunate to have known him.  From his insights during discussion in Sunday School to small talk in the hallway, I always walked away from my interactions with Kevin admiring his faith, spirit priorities and positive outlook. Our family was also blessed by Kevin's time spent as a youth leader.  The strength of Kevin's faith and his willingness to serve had a major impact on Lance.  I wish I had the opportunity to spend more time with Kevin and get to know him better over the years, but he has made a permanent impact on my life, for which I'm thankful. Our family continues to pray for you for peace and comfort.

I just read kevin had passed.My hearts aches because he was such a loving person of the lord.I jennifer at the cancer center will truly miss him.I think about the cupcakes his daughter made , and the delicious cheesecake his mother made.They were such a good family,and i will truely miss them.If you ever need anything just let me know,I will miss kevin but iknow he is in heaven,be strong and you all take care.your family will always be special

Gina and sweet daughters, Margaret and Sophia. We just heard of Kevin's passing.  How we ache for you and all your family's loss of this wonderful man,  a beloved son, brother, uncle, father, husband and friend.  We are very grateful to have had the privilege to become acquainted with Kevin.  Kevin's life exemplified his Christian faith and values.  He was a dedicated and Godly family man. His enjoyment in his family and fatherhood was evident when we watched  him playing basketball with his daughters and when he was packing up the car for family outings.  Kevin was also an articulate and gracious conversationalist.  It was always a delight to stop and chat with him when doing yard work or taking a stroll in the neighborhood.  We rejoice that Kevin is eternally in the presence of his Saviour and Lord, but that does not lessen the fact that he will be truly missed by those who knew and loved him in this temporal life.  Dave and I pray that God's unfailing love and grace will strengthen and comfort you in the difficult days ahead.  If there is anything we can do, please reach out to us.  We want to help.

So sad to hear of Kevin's passing.  I still remember being the bat boy for the NB all star team in 1983 and our trip to Alabama, I always looked up to Kevin and wanted to be a good ball player like he was.  My prayers to his entire family.

We can't imagine the profound pain of losing a loving father and dear husband. Neither do we know any words that would, in some small way, lessen that pain.  However, our Father in Heaven understands full well the individual pain you are each enduring, and He's already at work, leading you, hand-in-hand, one day at a time, through this valley. I met Kevin in the First Grade @ Oaks Road Elementary School over 40 years ago. He was always like a brother to me through Elementary, Middle and High School. Kevin was a great man. I had fewer interactions with him than I should, but even with that, he lived and modeled a life that spoke Christ-likeness to me, with his humility, friendliness and fortitude. He ALWAYS had a smile and made you feel better coming out of a conversation with him than when you started. I will miss him, but I will remember him always and use his example for my own life.
