Kimberly "Kim" Bass Scott

Kim was born on August 22, 1962 in Raleigh, NC to O'Dell and Lib Bass.

Kim's greatest joy was the time she spent with her sons or with her friends. Kim enjoyed boating at Jordan Lake or anywhere with her toes in the sand. Kim will be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend to many.

Kim was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Scott and her mother, Lib Bass.

Kim is survived by her sons, Zac and Clay; her father, O'Dell Bass; her sister, Angie Repass (Bob); her brother, Steve Bass (Jen); her nephew, Robbie (Emma) and her niece Kristin.

A celebration of Kim's life will be held at 11am on Monday, March 16, 2020 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St. Apex, NC 27502. The family will receive friends immediately following Kim's Celebration at Apex Funeral Home. Guests must and will be limited to remain under 100 in attendance.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Kim's honor to Transitions Hospice Raleigh, NC or to UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, Chapel Hill, NC.
