Leonard “Lenny” James Dempster, Jr, 50, of Cary died Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Cary Health and Rehabilitation. Lenny was born on May 1, 1962 in Bronx, NY to Leonard Dempster, Sr. and Filomena Funigello Dempster.
He is survived by his father: Leonard Dempster, Sr of Cary, son: Robert James Dempster of Yonkers, NY, Sisters: Angela Greene of Cary and Theresa Dempster of Greenville, NC; nephews: Nicholas Dempster and James Greene; and cousins: Nicholas Carlini, Jeanette Agugliano, and Barbara Chessari.
Lenny is preceded in death by his mother, Filomena Funigello Dempster.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, November 16, 2012 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St., Apex.
A funeral mass will be held 12:00 pm Saturday, November 17, 2012 at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 3008 Old Raleigh Rd, Apex, NC.
