Lillian Burchett Neese

Lillian met and married the love of her life, Raymond Neese, in Wytheville, VA. They were married 66 years before his passing. They resided in Roanoke, VA for 47 years. Lillian worked part time as a bank teller with Wells Fargo in Roanoke, VA. They moved to Apex, NC in 2003 to be closer to their daughters.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Don Burchett and her sisters, Barbara Burcham and Mary Cormany. She is survived by her sister, Phillis Grubb.

Survivors include her two daughters and their families, Kathy Rexrode and husband Mike of Apex, NC; Judy Roe and husband Dan of Cary, NC; three grandsons and their families; Stephen Rexrode and wife Hannah of Fuquay-Varina, NC; Cole Roe and wife Jessica of Apex, NC; and Corey Roe and wife Olivia of Apex, NC; three great granddaughters, Madison and Nora Roe and Miller Rexrode.

The family will have a private celebration of life.
