Lula was born March 10, 1947 in Carpenter, NC to the late Jack Kister William Tillman and Evannah Frances Broyal Tillman. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by Jimmy Dale Pendergraph.
Lula is survived by her sons, Joel Pendergraph (Marcy Segaton), and Jimmy Dale Pendergraph, Jr. (Teresa); daughers, Ellen Platt (Robert), and Lisa Pendergraph (Bill Squire); sisters, Sally Duffy (Ronald), and Mary Ann King (Mark); six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 3pm Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St., Apex, NC 27502. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
