To my Great Great Auntie Meg

Thank you for the many memories I will cherish, of childhood visits to your home with Mum and Hollie, specifically ABBA dancing and cheesy pasta nights.

You will be very missed by all closest to you, may you rest (or dance) in peace xx

My Dearest Auntie Meg,

You have left a big hole in my heart, but as I look back on old photos and remember all our good times together, I know it will slowly fill back up with all the many happy memories that we shared. You were my second mum, and I will miss our chats that we had and all the laughter whenever we were together. You were such a big part of our family and we shall miss you such a lot.

You were an amazing lady and will be remembered and loved, always xXx

Meg was a joy to be around - so full of life and laughter. Barb and I always thought she was secretly Helen Mirrenโ€™s sister because she looked so much like her. You will be missed!

My Lovely Auntie Meg, I am so glad I got to spend a week with you and being able to say what we needed to say. You have been like my mum since my mum your lovely sister died 27 years ago. You have been a nan to my kids and a great nan to theirs. You always had the time to talk and share memories which I will miss so much. You were my last link and I am heartbroken. Thank you to my Jennie for sharing you as a mum and thank you to Drew and Harry for sharing their nan with my kids. NC will never be the same without you. Love always you special lady ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜

To my Greatest Auntie Meg,

You played such an important part in Shaye and Hollies early years and you put the gumption into my backbone when things got really tough. You showed me that strong women are even stronger when they have someone by their side and when I needed you most you were not just my great auntie but my deepest friend and my partner in crime x

You taught me how to make real gravy and was my educator on the thousands of red wine varieties available across the globe (and boy was that one hell of an education!)

I am so sorry I didnโ€™t get the opportunity to have a new debate on current affairs, or cry again with laughter at the many memories we made and share one more (maybe two...) bottles of red with you this Christmas but I will raise a class and say farewell to one hell of a strong lady that lived a life dedicated to her close family and friends and was always there when someone was in need xxx

Love you Aunty Meg
