Nancy Mills Olive

Nancy Mills Olive of Apex NC, passed into the presence of God peacefully at the age of 89. Her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was her friend, her peace and comfort through the many years of her life. Jesus was the light of her life above all. Nancy loved her husband and family well, had a zest for life and nature, loved all people and encouraged and biblically ministered to everyone she knew. She was also known by her vibrant smile, joyful laughter, and her creativity.

Nancy was predeceased by her parents, Ulon Staley “Chip” Mills and Dora Moore Mills, her older brother Norman Mills and baby sister Jacqueline Mills Smith.

Nancy is survived by her devoted husband, Ross McNeill Olive of Apex, her son Lance (& Cheryl) Olive of Apex, two daughters, LaPage (& Bobby) Johnson of Raleigh, and Candace (& Miles) Manno of Tampa, FL; and her sisters Dorothy Mills of Apex and Anna Mills Kilzer of St. Louis, MO. She is also survived by six greatly adored grandchildren, Kerby, Caleb, Shelby, Tamara, Dylan, and Trevor, and seven great grandchildren, RJ, Mona, Eloise, Aviya, Titus, Odette, and Wyatt. She blessed and prayed for us all.

Visitation with the family will be held at Apex Baptist Church at 10 am on September 27, with a Celebration of Life service following at 11am.
