Ronald Ron Jeffrey Lowell

Ron was born January 5, 1954 in Elkhart, IN to the late James Irvin Lowell, Jr. and Faye Schrock Lowell. He was a graduate of Indiana University and worked as a financial consultant. Ron was a faithful member of Saint Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church where he served in the Adult Choir, Hand Bell Choir and as a Liturgical Reader.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Kathy Lowell; children, Ronda Kaye McClellan (Darren); James Michael Lowell (Brandi); Jeseca Robin Dill (John) and Jon Randall Lowell (Emily); brother, David Lowell (Gretchen); sisters, Vicky Holaway; and Sandy Pflibson (Dale); and three grandchildren, Madelyn; Hailey; and Dorothy.

A Funeral Mass will be held 2pm Friday, March 13, 2015 at Saint Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 3008 Old Raleigh Road, Apex, NC 27502. Interment will follow the service at Raleigh Memorial Park, 7501 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27612. The family will receive friends 6-8pm Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St, Apex, NC 27502, followed by a prayer service at 8pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to or Saint Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 3008 Old Raleigh Road, Apex, NC 27502; or Cardinal Gibbons High School, 1401 Edwards Mill Road, Raleigh, NC 27607.
