Sandra “Sandy” Lee Trader, 70 of Apex, North Carolina passed away on October 26, 2026. Sandy was born on February 11, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Donald and Joyce Trader. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Kim Proctor.
Sandy was a dedicated family woman who enjoyed reading, sewing and spending time with her loved ones. Sandy was exceptionally kind and a servant leader to her friends and family.
Sandy is survived by her sister, Cheryl Trader, brother, Larry Proctor, nephew, Chris Dunnum, nephew, Nick Walters, nephew, Ryan Walters, niece, Jessica Trader, niece, Caitlin Herrholz, niece, Alisha Trader and nephew, Jones Gresham, niece Maggie Dunnum; and great nieces, Zoe and Layla Dunnum.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 10th from 6PM to 8PM at Apex Funeral Home in Apex, North Carolina. Funeral services will begin at 11AM on Wednesday, November 11th at Saint Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church in Apex, North Carolina.
