Shireen was born on April 2, 1956 in Pakistan to her parents, Akram Fazal and Margaret James. Shireens favorite pastime was cooking and gardening. She was absolutely amazing.
Shireen will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Jon Rygelski; daughter, Nousheen Duckworth and husband, John Duckworth; sisters, Gulnaz Abbassi and husband, Afzal Abbassi, Rubina Mahmood, Samina Fazal and husband, Giuseppe Maniscalco; brother, Noor Jamal; and niece, Aiza Fazal.
The family will receive friends and guests on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM immediately followed by a memorial service starting at 2:00 PM at Apex Funeral Home.
