Sravan Prasad Merakanapalli

Sravan was born on June 21, 1972, in Vijayawada, India to Mr. Prasad Rao and Mrs. Mary Rose. He is a computer science Engineer and travelled around the globe and moved to the USA. Sravan is pure at heart and a hero of faith in the community. He lived with conviction in his heart, clarity in his mind and strong hope about his eternal destiny. Sravan had an unwavering faith in God and his faith only grew stronger in the final years of his life. In the last days of his life, he said - I know whose hand I am holding and I am not afraid of death.

He was preceded in death by his father - Prasad Rao Merakanapalli, mother - Mary Rose Merakanapalli and brother - Sarath Prasad Merakanapalli.

Sravan is survived by the love of his life, wife - Sushma Katikala, the joy of his life, sons - Mannaseh Andrew and Gideon Daniel, sisters - Jyothsna Prasad Merakanapalli and Sirla Sasikala Vijayanand.

Funeral service will be held at Shepherd's Church, 6051 Tryon Road, Cary, NC 27518 on Saturday, July 2, 2022. Family will receive friends from 8am to 10am for viewing. Burial will follow the service at Wake Memorial Park, 7002 Green Hope School Rd, Cary, NC 27518.
