Therese B Grosheim, 88 of Deerfield Beach, Florida, passed away on March 17, 2020 in Apex, North Carolina.

Therese was born on June 30, 1931 in Long Island, New York to the late Nicholas and Mildred Saviano. Therese became known as “Terry” to her friends and family. She was married for 58 years to her late husband, George F. Grosheim. The couple moved to Florida with their 3 children in 1958. They continued to live in south Florida, where Terry eventually went to work for and retired from, the City of Pompano Beach.

Terry was known to be very talkative and always had her cell phone close at hand. She had a passion for playing cards and games of all kinds, and was a very talented knitter.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children, George B. Grosheim, Susan Goss, and Wendy Jones-Trobert; grandchildren, George Grosheim, Donald Grosheim, Ryan Goss, Lauren Goss Harvey, Joshua Jones and Tyler Trobert; great grandchildren Sean Harvey, Dylan Harvey and Ella Harvey; and sisters, Rose Budion, Alvina Johnson and Gale Forchelli.

Terry will be interned at Boca Mausoleum and Cemetery in Boca Raton, Florida. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
