My Deepest Condolences to Tim's family, I know how much he Loved you guys. My heart is with you in these tough times.  I had the pleasure of knowing Tim for about 5 and a half years now while working at Strata.  As most of you know Tim had a great work habit, but was not the most Tech Savvy guy. This is where Tim and myself would chit chat about everything under the sun while I fixed his IT issues while I worked in the Help Desk. Every time we conversed he would speak to me like he's known me forever. Always asked how I was when I would walk by him in the building or his desk. Such an amazing man and he will be missed by many.  

I will never forget our times together.  Rest easy, until we meet  again sir.

I worked with Tim over the last year and it was evident how much he cherished his family.  Always had a smile on his face. And a story to tell. He will be missed. 

I worked with Tim at Strata for the last 5+ years. Tim was a wonderful man and colleague whom we all adored. He made us all laugh and kept us up to date with the sports scores every Monday! Tim checked in with us all regularly and knew our families, our wins,  and our hardships. I have not met any of you but I feel like I know all of you because that was one of Tim's favorite things to talk about- his family. 

We all have our favorite T O'D stories but one of my favorites is the one where he saved the skinny security guard at the mall by tackling a shoplifter! Everyone could count on him, even a stranger.  To know we won't be able to hear those stories and see the animated way he tells them brings all of us deep sadness. 

He will be dearly, dearly missed by every single one of us. To know him, was to love him.  On behalf of his work family, our hearts go out to his at home family. Thank you for sharing him with us, we are all better for knowing him.

My deepest condolences to Jane and family.  I had the pleasure of knowing Tim for 20 years and he was a blessing to me.  I worked with him at SigPack and he was my supervisor.  He made our department feel like one big family.  He made coming to work fun.  He always had our backs and was truly one of the best bosses  I have ever had.  When he left our company he was  missed so much. We kept in touch over the years and I will so miss answering the phone and hearing “well”  when he called.  He was always available for advice whenever I needed him.  He could always cheer me up when he called with that wonderful sense of humor.  I will miss him so much, but my loss is Heaven’s gain.  See you one day my friend.

My deepest condolences to Tim O'Donnel's family, loved ones, and to all his friends that knew him. I've worked with Tim at Strata for about 3 years now, and his absence can be felt. He had an incredible personality, and he was an excellent employee to work alongside. Anytime I had a question pertaining to COI and/or bonds, he would step right up and assist no questions asked. Tim had not only incredible work ethic, but an amazing sense of humor mixed with a balance of candid honesty, which is a trait I deeply admire in others. I pray for healing and comfort for all his family, friends, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time, and for peace.  

Tim, you are very much missed and remembered. 

My family and I are deeply saddened to hear of Tim’s passing.  I have had the pleasure of knowing Tim for over 20 years.  The first time I met Tim was the day he interviewed me for a job.  I was moving to NC from PA with my wife Colleen.  We had many lunches together at the Chapel Hill pizza shop and always had to visit the Ben and Jerry’s afterwards.  After a short while, he left for another job but always kept in touch.  Soon, I was working for him once again.  We worked for several more years together and formed a friendship for life.  We had many laughs in and out of the office.  Many a friendly wagers when the 49ers played the Giants and the loser had to buy lunch or dinner or just a trip to Goodberry’s.  He treated my family like his own with love, kindness and compassion.  Always making us feel like we were a part of his family.  He was like a second father taking me under his wing, giving advice and making sure everyone in my family were doing fine.  He made a point to always set aside some time to have lunch or dinner when I was in town for business no matter what was going on for him.  I am going to miss picking up the phone and hearing “Hey Stevie.”  He touched many lives and If not for him giving me a chance, I would not be where I am today.  He spoke fondly of his family.  He would always call Jane a Saint because she would have to put up with him every day.  Every time he mentioned his kids or grandkids, his face would light up with joy.  He boasted about the holidays when his small army of family would get together and fill the house.  He was a great friend and mentor.  He will be sorely missed and may he rest in peace.  God bless.

I want to extend my sincere condolences to Tim's family and friends. I never met Tim in person but I have worked with him for the past few years and spoken to him on the phone on many occasions. He was an amazingly joyful and kind person. Very funny and I personally enjoyed working with him even though it was at a distance. Tim will be missed truly professionally and personally. May his family and friends be blessed with the wonderful memories they have of him.

I am very saddened to hear about the loss of Tim O'Donnell.   He was a very special person and I am grateful to have worked with him for the past 3 years at Strata Solar.   As many have already expressed, Tim was a very caring, friendly, and dependable co-worker.   I enjoyed all the conversations that we had and will miss seeing him and discussing our families, sports and many other topics.   The Strata family has lost a true friend and our workplace will not be the same without him.   I express my deepest condolences to the O'Donnell family and hope they find comfort in the memories and thoughts from all the people whose lives that Tim has touched.

Along with everyone else that knew him at Strata, I was greatly saddened to hear of Tim's passing. He was one of the first people I met when I started in 2014, and he was the nicest guy from the jump. Getting bogged down in the complexities of insurance requirements was a double-edged sword, because while the subject matter confused, it brought the occasion to spend some time with Tim. He’d deftly provide the answer I needed, tease me about a recent Tar Heel loss, then ask about how I was doing personally. In talking with Tim, it was readily apparent he was always truly rooting for you. He was a friend to all, and his warmth and spirit will be sorely missed. 

I had the pleasure of working with Tim at Strata Solar for almost four years now. While we were not in the same department, Tim was always one of my best resources in the company whenever I needed anything. More importantly though, Tim was a friend. While my wife was deployed, Tim would always check in, ask about the countdown to her return, and make sure I was set for the day. After a few jokes and good conversation, I was always in a better mindset. Without fail, he made some of my darkest days so much brighter. For those reasons and more, I will never forget his sense of humor, kindness, and empathy.

As a co-worker of Tim's for the past 8+ years, I just wanted to express my heartfelt sadness for your loss.  Tim was always a bright spot for me at work, checking in on how things are going and to give me a hard time about being a Wolfpack fan!  I will certainly miss our conversations, as they always brought a smile to my face.

Please know that he will be missed greatly and I would like to thank you for sharing him with us at Strata!

I worked with Tim at Strata and he was one of the friendliest people around the office. Anytime I passed his desk he would wave. He was always there when I had questions about insurance, and was willing to help in any way he could. 
His loss will be felt deeply. He was a great man and the world is a little darker without him in it. Praying for his family at this time. 

Tim and I had a lot in common - born n NY, sports fans,  great cooks, married Irish girls - but then Tim was the kind of guy who had something in common with everybody. He certainly had a lot of experience with weddings and he provided wise counsel for a father of the bride a few years ago. I'll miss "Hey Lou" but I'll see you on the other side, brother.

I had the honor of working with Tim at Strata Solar.  While I only knew him for a short 2 years, I was fortunate to be able to consider him a friend.  
He was very kind and caring and always had a smile or a chuckle to share.
He was also very good at his job.  Very knowledgeable, very smart, always on top of things.
Tim is going to be sorely missed around here.  He was one of my favorite people.

Dad,
I am still trying to wrap my head around the fact that you are gone.  I feel like I’m having a horrible nightmare that I can’t wake up from.  I’m wishing that the next time I go over to the house, you will be there to greet me with a huge hug and a “Hey Red” (your nickname for me).  You were our rock – always there for us whenever and for whatever we needed.  I will always cherish all the memories, laughs, conversations and advice you gave me over the years.  I only wish it could have lasted longer.  It’s like your favorite band, The Rolling Stones sang, “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”.  I only realize now how true those words really are. I’ve been looking through old pictures, and it brings back so many happy memories.  I miss your face, your voice, your laugh more than you will ever know.  Reading through all the other posts and memories people have shared of you, has brought great comfort and peace to me; for I know that they saw what we did each and every day – how much of a caring person you were, and how many lives you touched your short time on this earth. Jane and family - I’m so sorry for your loss.  Tim was a good friend and a wonderful lunch companion.  He loved his family so much - it’s all he would  talk about.  Bicycles for the grandkids, how proud he was of all his kids, and how much he loved Jane.  Tim was an old school family man with a giant heart.  Sorry to see you go, Timmy.  

I've  had the pleasure of working with Tim at Strata for the last 7 -1/2 years, it was a pleasure knowing Tim.  I do have a lot of fond memories of Tim.... with his teasing everyone or with his encouraging words. We shared a lot of stories about our families, kids and grandkids.... and he so loved talking about his grandkids and/or showing off  his pictures of his grandkids. Even when my grandchild Sequoia was 5 yrs was very sick for several months, Tim was there every week asking about her, he never forgot to ask about her and he was always encouraging me about her.  Another fond memory is that Tim always had a "Hi" or even if he was on the phone he would "wave" when you walked by.  He will surely be missed and my prayers and my condolences go out to Jane and the rest of the family.  

You will be sorely missed my friend. We had so many great conversations of sports and generations past. You were a great man who was always asking about family and truly concerned about the well l being of fellow former workers.

I have  worked alongside Tim for 9 years, and he has been a friend and sounding board for me, and a source of warmth for the entire office. Love of sports, food, and especially his family highlighted our many conversations. He will be sorely missed. 
Tim will always be remembered as TOD/ The Big Guy and live on in happy memories. 

I had the pleasure of working with Tim for about 6 years. My favorite memory of him was when he would walk into my office and sarcastically "dab", mimicking Cam Newton. Every Monday I truly looked forward to him visiting with me and talking about the weekend's wins, losses and crazy plays. It was clear that his passions in life were the people around him, his family, and sports.  He will be missed.

I've had the blessing of working with Tim for the better part of the last seven years.  Tim, or "T.O.D." as a lot of us abbreviated his name around the office, was so proud of the family that he'd raised over the years.  The way that he talked about the time he got to spend celebrating his children's and grandchildren's accomplishments seemed to paint a picture of what fulfillment really looks like.  He truly cared about those he worked with, and took the time to get to know us and check up on us like we were an extension of the family he loved so much.  Tim's legacy will live on and he'll be our guiding light - I'm not sure who will print out articles to put tauntingly on UNC fans' desks the morning after anytime its basketball team suffers a big loss now that he won't be around, but I know that we will all remember the important things he showed us, like taking a few minutes each day to check in on those we care about and remembering there are humans behind each computer screen even on the stressful days.  To Tim's family - thank you for sharing Tim with us and you'll be in our thoughts.

I'm so sorry to learn of Tim's passing this morning.  I worked with Tim for 3 yrs and he was always so nice. We would talk about him being a Giants fan and my husband/son being Jets & Mets fans.
He will truly be missed here at the office. Walking by his desk everyday will not be the same.

I worked with Tim for several years at Strata.  Tim was one of the nicest and most genuine people I ever had the pleasure of working with.  The world is a better place for having had Tim in it and is a lesser place without him.  My sincerest condolences to Tim's family, friends and co-workers.  

I worked with Tim for 6 years. From the first time I met him, he was  a wonderful co-worker, honest and always willing to help. I am sending prayers to his wife and the rest of the O'Donnell family.

To Tim's family-so sorry for your loss. I've worked with Tim for 10 years through 3 offices.  Nobody was quicker with a restaurant recommendation or an answer to some obscure insurance question.  Tim, you're deeply missed, both professionally and personally.

Tim was such a wonderful man!  He loved  his wife, children and grandchildren with a passion; enjoyed good food and conversation, and was warm and welcoming to every person fortunate enough to cross his path.  I thank God for the time we had with him, and praise God for bringing this worthy man Home to the arms of Jesus.  Tim will be deeply mourned and missed.  Praying for Jane and every member of Tim’s loving family.
