Billie Ray Stark was born on September 12, 1963 to Morgan William Vaughn and Judy Ray Craig. She has lived in California for 54 years and spent 30 years in the Victor Valley. She was an insurance agent of Armac Insurance of Victorville for 15 years.
Billie Ray Stark is survived by her loving husband Gary Edward Stark of Victorville, CA; son Jesse Edward Scott Stark; daughter Jennifer Gari Leah Stark; son Elijah Edward Jonathan Stark; mother Judy Vaughn; sister Billie Joe Wallace; brother Morgan William Vaughn III.
Billie Ray Stark passed away on June 21, 2018 after a long struggle with cancer, surrounded by her family.
