Blake Sterling Rutledge

With profound sadness, we announce the tragic and untimely passing of our beloved son, brother, father, and friend. Blake Sterling Rutledge, who was taken from us far too soon on May 23, 2025, at the age of 27.

Blake was a remarkable soul—kind-hearted, dependable, and generous to a fault. To know him was to experience his unwavering loyalty, compassion, and strength. If you needed help, you could count on Blake without hesitation. He gave of himself freely, always ready to lend a hand, offer support, or simply be there when it mattered most. His presence brought light and warmth into the lives of those fortunate enough to cross his path.

There will never be another quite like Blake. His loss leaves an irreplaceable void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Blake is survived by his loving mother, Britt, and his father, Dennis; his five siblings: Johnny, Krystal, Alisha, Brandon, and Brooke; and his two beloved sons, Dustin and Jordan, who were the pride and joy of his life. He is also lovingly remembered as the proud father of a child on the way, who will carry his name—Blake Sterling Rutledge—ensuring that his legacy lives on through the next generation.

He will be forever missed, deeply mourned, and always remembered.
