Carroll Rita Evers DeJarnette

Carroll Rita Evers (DeJarnette) was called to heaven on July 19, 2018. She was surrounded by the family she loved so much. Carroll was born on November 11, 1947 in San Bernardino, CA to Noel Leslie DeJarnette and Constance Barbara Quinn. She lived in Bloomington, CA and attended Bloomington High School until her Junior year when she moved to the Victorville area. She graduated class of 1965 from Victor Valley High School. She went to beauty school after graduation and was a licensed hair dresser. She then attended Victor Valley College where she studied Business.

Carroll was a beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Sister. She was affectionately called “Mema” by all of her Grandchildren.

Carroll retired from Victor Valley Hospital where she was an Emergency room coordinator for 27 years. She loved antiques, reading, making jewelry, shopping, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her Mother, Father and Brother Michael DeJarnette.

Carroll left behind her Children, Shannon Aguerre and her husband Louis (Butch), Jeffrey Golson and his wife Nancy, Jennifer Ferguson and her husband Phillip; her Grandchildren, Noelle, Taylor, Jason, Ryan, Cory, Isabella, John, Cole, Krista and Taylor; her Great Grandchildren, Deegan, Corbin, Rylee and Kason; her Sisters, Judith Sindon and Leslie Drahos; her Brothers, Dennis DeJarnette and Gregory DeJarnette; and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held for Carroll on Monday August 20th at 11:00 am, at Sunset Hills Memorial Park, 24000 Waalew Rd, Apple Valley, CA 92307. Reception will follow.

Burial will be private.
