Amos E. Van Fleet, age 96, passed away at his home. He was born in Ralston, NE. He served in the US Air Force for 35 years where he was a Career Pilot during 3 wars. He retired from GAFB.
He was preceded in death by his wife Frances and son David. Amos is survived by his son Randy Van Fleet from Blythe, CA, and his daughter Beverly Shough from Apple Valley, CA, 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grand¬children.
Services will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Sunset Hills Chapel in Apple Valley, CA with Pastor Larry White officiating.
Burial will be private at Sunset Hills Memorial Park.
