My cousin Laney was a spunky chick.  I don't think anyone ever called her that after she left PA. We were to meet up in Vegas for my 60th birthday. Tami & family were moving to Minnesota.  Elaine chose to spend  time with her family. The last time we were in the same spot at the same time was at a Barnhart Family picnic. I was about 18 months old. We were all gathered around a picnic table. Everyone was eating licorice. I think I sent that picture to her. We did not share a love for the Steelers. I have a black and yellow jacket. If I wear it in OH people act like I'm committing treason !  Funny how you can hold a love in your heart for someone you barely knew. I guess that is the family tie !

She was my Bff for 63 years.  Will miss her very much since her birthday is 3 days  before mine but a year later.  We loved to swing a tire swing across the ditch and splash water on everyone and we had so much fun. Glad I got to spent the weekend with her 3 years ago and go over so many memories.  Will think of you girl every time I take a picture of the sunset, I will be looking at you.  RIP friend.

I met this beautiful Lady over ten years ago on Eons,she was one of my first friends there because we both loved humor and music and i joined her groups.When Eons folded and many of us went over to Facebook we found each other also and almost daily shared something funny.But she was also one of my strongest supporters when I was going through treatments for lung cancer.I never had the honor of meeting her in person,but I know when I get to Heaven I will recognize her because she will be the one telling the jokes and playing that funky music.Until then I will forever miss you Elaine <3
