John K. Bidwell, of Apple Valley, passed away at Kaiser Hospital on December 18, 2015. John was raised in Riverside, CA. After graduating Riverside Poly High, John then graduated from UC San Diego. John worked as a third grade teacher at Lenwood Elementary in Barstow. John is survived by his wife MaryAnne; sons Joshua and Eric; mother Mary; and siblings Frank and Julia. Services to be held at Sunset Hills, Apple Valley on January 9th at 11:00 am. Reception to follow. Donations may be made in John's name to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
