John Keegan entered into Eternal Life on November 6, 2022. Born in 1927, he was a resident of the High Desert since 1988. Guided by his enduring faith, Jack (as many called him), was an honest man with a strong moral compass. He was devoted to his wife and children his whole life through, providing his best for them in the most selfless manner. As a member of the greatest generation, he also was a military veteran who had great love for his country. With his engaging personality, accompanied by his extraordinary sense of humor, he was a joy to be around. He now joins his beloved wife of 67 years, Marianna, and his daughter Mary Ellen in the arms of Our Lord. He is survived by his children: Rosanna, Patricia, John, Robert, Kathleen, Michael, Margaret, Marie, Edward, and Sharon. He also leaves behind 18 grandchildren and his dear sister, Frances.
Vigil is on Tuesday, Nov. 29 from 3-7pm, with Rosary and Chaplet at 6:00 pm
Funeral Mass on Wednesday, Nov. 30 at 11:00am at Our Lady of the Desert Catholic Church in Apple Valley. A Rosary will be at 10:30am.
Burial on Thursday, Dec. 1 at 11:30 AM at Riverside National Cemetery.
