

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Linda Beth Parker on the morning of June 26, 2026. Born November 30, 1944 in Buffalo, NY, to James Newman and Doris Rush. Linda Beth, the youngest of four siblings, came to Southern California as a young child and later graduated from Bonita High School in 1962. Linda grew up always having a special place for God's animals in her heart. Many neighbors and those of the Newman household remember Linda riding her horse Betsy bareback morning till dawn through the orange groves in San Dimas Canyon. It was on her horse that Linda met her husband of 48 yeats, Larry Parker. Larry and Linda wed on July b6, 1962 and had 2 children Larry James and Lynn Marie. In those 81 years, Linda Beth was known to be a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother , and great-grandmother who will always be remembered for her resilience to life's hardship but always putting her faith and hope in Jesus Christ. She shared her profound wisdom and her unwavering spirit and always revealed her strength of character. Linda love for God and boundless love for her family will forever leave an imprint in the hearts of her loved ones and all who knew her.
Linda Beths courageous battle with cancer came to an end surrounded by her loving family and beloved animals. Linda is survived by her son Larry James, daughter Lynn Marie; her five grandchildren: James, Ashley, Brittney, Chelcey, and Alyssa.
Lindas memorial celebration will be held July 25, 2026 at 11:00 am at Sonlife Community Church, 13324 Apple Valley Road, Apple Valley, CA, 92308.
