Lucka Fernandez

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved child, sibling, and friend, Lucka Fernandez, who left us on March 9, 2026, at the age of 19. Born on June 5, 2006, Lucka filled our lives with joy, laughter, and love.

Lucka was known for having the kindest heart, an empathetic nature, and a deep love for connecting with others. Lucka enjoyed spending time outdoors, meeting new people, and tending to their garden. Lucka had a creative eye and loved taking photos, often capturing moments and memories at local punk shows. Punk music was a big part of their life, and they loved the community that surrounded it.

At the time of their passing, Lucka was in their first semester of college studying to become a mechanic. They had a deep love for cars and dreamed of one day building their own Monte Carlo. Those who knew them admired their curiosity, determination, and the passion they brought to the things they loved.

Lucka believed strongly in helping others and gave what they could whenever they could. They spent time volunteering at places like local thrift stores and donated whenever they were able. Their generosity and compassion left a lasting impression on the many people whose lives they touched.

Lucka shared an especially close and unbreakable bond with their twin brother, Daniel, and the two grew up side by side, sharing countless memories and experiences together.

Lucka is survived by their loving parents, Lana Fernandez and Daniel Fernandez Sr., their twin brother, Daniel Fernandez Jr., and their older sister, Arianna Fernandez. Their family and friends will forever carry their memory in their hearts.

Lucka’s life, though far too short, was filled with kindness, creativity, and a genuine care for others. They will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving them.

Their kindness and spirit will live on in everyone who knew them.
