

Mary was born in Indiana to George and Lilian Brown. She married her high school sweetheart after graduating high school and traveled to the Philippines while her husband served in the Navy. A few years later Mary and her family moved to Southern California where she started working for JCPenney’s and worked with them for over 25 years. Mary was a fan of Basketball and Baseball. Mary will be remembered by many who she made laugh and smile by her sense of humor. She is loved and will be missed by all.
She is survived by her three children, Debbie (Alan), Steven (Debbie), and Terri, five grandchildren, Jeffery, Chrissy, Eric (Heather), Mark, and Danielle, three great-grandchildren, Keri, Ethan, and Brooklyn, and a grand-cat, Misite, her sister Melva, and many nieces and nephews.
Mary was the youngest of seven children and was preceded in death by her father, George, her mother, Lilian, and her five brothers and sisters, Earl, George, Myrtle, Beatrice, and Wanda.
As Mary’s wishes, her ashes will be scattered at Sunset Hills Memorial Park in Apple Valley, Ca in the “Rock of Ages” Scattering area located at the waterfall, with her Family present.
A Service will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 11am, in the Chapel at Whispering Winds Senior Living facility located at 11825 Apple Valley Rd in Apple Valley, Ca 92308, a reception will follow in the Bistro room.
