Ronald Gerard Strong was born June 16, 1956. His parents, Harold and Virginia, were thrilled at his birth and welcomed their son with joy. Older sister, Bonnie, and grandparents and great-grandparents also celebrated Ron’s birth. He was an adorable baby, a determined toddler and an entertaining youth. In his teens, he enjoyed music, cars and motorcycles often dirt biking with his dad.
Ron married young and had two children of his own. His first born son, Bryan James, heartbreakingly passed away in infancy. He loved and was extremely proud of his second born son, Ronald Joseph.
Ron was a Lather and a Carpenter by trade. He worked hard and earned a good living. In 2006 he retired taking an early retirement. He continued to enjoy music and cars ultimately purchasing a long coveted Corvette in the last years of his life.
Ron died June 20, 2023. He will be remembered by his beloved son, Ron, his sister, Bonnie, his brother-in-law, Don, and younger sister, Marianne and her family. He will be missed by those who loved him.
