Bobbi was born Oct. 17, 1943, in Dallas, where she lived most of her life, working and enjoying her many friends and family.
Survivors: Life partner of 36 years, Marinell Wilkerson; mother, Willie Haggard; siblings, Ronald Billingsley, Nadine Cannon and Mary Boatman; daughter, Cynthia Milam; grandsons Christopher and Caden Milam; adored nieces and nephews; and loving and treasured friends.
