Basilia Estrada Carr

On, Monday, January 8, 2024, Basilia Estrada Carr, a loving mother, wife, grandmother and friend passed away peacefully at the age of 45 due to a long battle with cancer. She came into this world on December 24, 1978 in Irving, TX. She later welcomed 3 beautiful sons Fabian, Adrian and Austin. Basilia married her best friend Kerry Carr on July 7th, 2007 and moved to Grand Prairie, TX where together they raised their children. She served the community as a teacher assistant for AISD at Kooken Education Center. She developed a solid reputation in creativity, patience, compassion, and trustworthiness that she displayed continually in the family she loved and the friendships she made.

Basilia leaves behind her loving husband of 17 years, Kerry Carr. Children: Fabian (Alicia Renee) Robertson, Adrian (Tiffany) Robertson, Austin Robinson. Grandson: Brandon Taylor. Parents: Maria Guadalupe Estrada, Augustine Estrada. Siblings: Rosaura, Jorge Estrada, Carlos Estrada, Elsa, José Refugio Estrada, Bertha, José Guadalupe Estrada.

A visitation will be held between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm followed by a dedication service from 1:00 to 3:00 pm where a music dedication and tributes will be shared. Moore Funeral Home, 1219
