Berle Richardson Smith

Berle was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Theron A. Smith, and her siblings, Ima Jean Rhodes and Lanelle Wiggins.

She is survived by her brother, James Richardson.

Berle was a devoted mother and is survived by her children: Steven Smith; Michael Smith and his spouse Jane; Kathy Williams and her spouse Tim; and Russell Smith and his spouse Christopher Gronek.

She was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren and a loving great-grandmother to three great-grandchildren.

Berle had a deep love for her church and enjoyed spending time quilting and creating beautiful needlepoint pieces. She found great joy in these hobbies and often shared her creations with family and friends.

The family would also like to recognize her devoted caregivers, Bancy Njambuja and Lydiah Kimemia , whose compassion and care meant so much to Berle and her loved ones, as well as her loving niece, Karen McPherson.

Berle will be remembered for her strong faith, her love of family, and the kindness she showed to those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
