Betty L. Mitchell, age 90 of Arlington, TX went to be with the Lord on January 12, 2017. She was born on May 16, 1926 in Litchfield, IL to Newton and Mary Ann Street. She married Maurice Mitchell on November 22, 1947.
Left to cherish her memory are husband of 69 years, Maurice Mitchell; son Steve Mitchell and wife Donna; daughter, Terry Bradley and husband Dennis; 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the kind and caring staff at Brookdale Pecan Park Assisted Living Facility.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30pm, Thursday, January 19, 2017 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Reverend Randy Weeaks will officiate the service.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donation be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org
