Beverly Jean Corzine

Beverly Jean Glover Corzine, 74, passed away September 8, 2014 to be with her Lord and Savior. She was born on September 7, 1940. Beverly was born to John Regan Glover and Elsie Whittaker Glover and married Winford H Corzine October 10, 1958 he preceded her in death. She was a graduate of Texas Christian University 1977and earned a BA in English and also attended The University of Dallas 1990 Master of Theological Studies. Beverly was Classroom teacher in the Birdville ISD from 1977-2003. After retirement she became a pastoral assistant at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church 2003-2010. Member of Delta Kappa Gamma Society for Key Women Educators, Founding member of Commission for Christian Initiation for Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth and a contributing writer for “Word to Life” column in the North Texas Catholic. She leaves to cherish her memories Children: Lynn Corzine Happel, Sabra Corzine Slais, Mark Stephen Corzine, Son in law Craig Happel and John Slais, Daughter in Law: Laura Taylor Corzine, Grandchildren: Steven Happel, Michael and Casey Happel, John Mark Happel, Shelby “Hank” Corzine, Olivia Corzine, Brandon and Brooke Slais.
