Bobbie was born on August 7,1954 to Bob and Charlene White. She graduated from Eastern Hills High School in 1972. Bobbie married her high school sweetheart Randy Smith on May 31,1974. She had a career as an x- ray technician and helped play a big role in helping Randy run his grocery stores. She also worked part time as a substitute teacher. She was active in PTA and was a room mother for all 3 of her kids. She was a member of First Baptist Decatur church. Most of all, Bobbie was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, her greatest joy in life was giving all the love she had to her husband, children, grandchildren, and friends. She loved big and loved nothing more than to be around friends and family. She was always the life of the party and loved to have a good time. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Charlene White.
Bobbie is survived by her husband, Randy Smith, sister Charlcie White Waddle (Dwayne); her kids, Elisha Smith Farley (Jason), Andrea Bosworth (Kevin), and Randell “Bubba” Smith; her grandchildren, Elyssa Farley, Jordyn Farley, Hilton Bosworth, and Reeves Bosworth; her mother-in-law; Norma Carr-Ruffino; and her nieces; Chelcie, Stephenie, Lauren, Natalie,and Meghan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to Meals on Wheels.
