

Walter Brad Rodgers, age 72, of Midlothian, Texas passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 In Midlothian, Texas surrounded by his family. Brad was born on Sunday November 9, 1952 in Fort Worth, Texas to Walter Dan Rodgers and Mary Edlene Gregg. He was raised in Arlington where he attended and graduated from Arlington High School in 1971.
Brad met his adoring wife Gloria and they were married in 1993. He had three children. Brad was a dedicated carpenter and maintenance attendant at Desoto Independent School District for over 30 years until he retired.
In his free time Brad enjoyed sports; he loved his Dallas Cowboys and all the Texas teams. He liked to shop at antique stores; he also collected American Indian pottery, kachinais, and art. He also liked sitting down with a good book.
He will always be remembered as loving and caring husband and father. Brad was known for his generosity, humor, and kindness he shared with others. Brad will be truly missed by many relatives and friends, cherishing all the good memories shared with him.
