Hey Bubba!  Been thinking about you alot, missing you terribly!  The kids and I have been talking about how you are with God now and you are teaching God how to play softball.  The kids still talk to their uncle Roscoe and they both know you are up there listening and watching over all of us.  We all miss you TONS!!!  I miss our talks and you telling me how crazy I am. well, where do I start. We got some what alittle closure last week with the conviction and sentence of this person that did this selfish act of taking you away from all of us. We celebrated your birthday on Saturday and the outcome of the week with alot of your friends and your family and had a good time and remembering you. Got your framed note by way of your big "SIS" and liked it alot and the Quilt that the girls put together and Maragret sewed toegther is sooooooo nice. I guess you saw the toast of your favorite a couple of times. Its been near 12 yrs since ive seen rosco.....but i will never forget how kind and helpful he was to me and sooooo many others! This is certainly not the way I expected to be reminded of such a good dude. I knew Keith from kindergarten at Crow all through school wherever we may have attended. We played baseball, football, and soccer together for years as well. I am saddened that we didn't keep in touch very well but the random encounters over the years were always cool. Keith was an outstanding friend whom I am proud to have known. My sincere condolences go out to all who are touched by this loss.

I too am at a loss for words, what could I possibly ever say about the loss of such an amazing person that would make it hurt any less. My husband and I were saddened hearing about the death of your son Brian Keith.  I don't know if we have come in contact with you and your family at the ballparks over the years; but our son is Todd Rowe.  Todd  has been keeping us informed and  I will add you and your family to my Prayer Request that I have on the Internet with friends and family.  Losing a child of any age has to be very hard and we both will pray that you will  be given the strength to endure the days ahead.  Please know you and yours will be in our prayers and that prayers will be said by many others.  Also prayers  that the authorities will see that justice will be done.

Roscoe, I still laugh when I think about how much we irritated each other for the first year we knew each other. But after we had it out- we were friends. You always picked me up and twirled me around. When I see you in heaven I expect the same hugs and twirls! See you there.

I have not seen you in quite sometime but we all have so many wonderful memories from the stock yards.  You will be missed by so many and you were such a great person with a wonderful heart!!! I will continue to keep your family in my prayers!!!

I'm thankful now that I ran into you at The Parks Mall a while back and we spoke briefly. Wow. I still remember his ReRun dance from math class at Hutch. I've got a lot of great Keith Roscoe stories, and they've come up in conversations often. I haven't seen him in 7 years, but I have thought about him often. He was a great guy and will be greatly missed. I'm sad that I wasn't able to see him one last time just to catch up and laugh. My condolences to the family, it's a huge loss.
