She was born in Jersey City, New Jersey December 14, 1941. Caroline graduated from Hackensack High School and received her bachelor's in physical education from Montclair State University. She was an educator of elementary schoolchildren in the Arlington Independent School District for 30 years, and a member of the American Federation of Teachers. Caroline loved her grandchildren, book club, arts and crafts, Oreos, and summers in Maine.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Walter T. O'Connor and Clara Gertrude O'Connor of Raymond, Maine.
Survivors: Caroline is survived by her son, Doug Campbell of Louisville, Kentucky.; son, Pete Campbell and wife, Peggy, of Bedford, Texas; daughter, Christie Loveless and husband, David, of Weatherford, Texas; grandchildren, Kolby Kersten and Matthew Campbell; brother, Walter O'Connor Jr.; and nephew, Ryan O'Connor.
