Charlene was born in Mooreland, OK. She was a well-loved teacher and elementary school administrator in Arlington ISD. After 22 years of service she retired in 1999. Charlene enjoyed traveling, antiquing, baking, and attending all the activities of her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Survivors: children, Marion E. Harper Jr. and wife DeeDee, Scott Harper and wife Deanna, Renee Keith and husband Chuck; grandchildren, Ashley and husband Nick, Krista, Mark, Sarah, and Shannon; sister, Sherri and husband Duane, and brother, Steve.
