

Memorial service: 3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 6, in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Moore Funeral Home Chapel.
Clinton was in the Army ROTC for four years and the Air Force ROTC for three years. He achieved the rank of specialist with Company F, 795th M.P. Battalion. The soldier received the National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon and Weapons Qualification Badge.
Clinton was a vibrant young man. He was a loving son, brother, cousin, uncle and a proud soldier of the United States Army. His favorite quote was "Army Strong." He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors: Parents, Chris and Ruby Young, and Brenda and Kenny Westover; brothers, Christopher Young and Steven Clark; sister, Taylor Clark; grandparents, Attlee Gardner, Ronnie Mae Young, James and Darnel Dark and Judy Brown; uncle, Weldon Young; aunts, Tammy Howard, Amy Dark and Carrie Hale; cousins, Tina Swann, Brittany Baker, Meagan Tucker, Darien William, Destiny Walker and nephew, Xio Young.
