Debra was born on December 30, 1971 to Samuel Raymond Morigi and Gladys Brown.
A loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, Debra will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Debra is survived by her husband, Fred Neuhauser; 2 daughters, Rachel Neuhauser and Victoria Neuhauser; her mother, Gladys Freeman; stepfather, Dan Freeman; sister, Linda Conner; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm followed by a Graveside Service at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 3, 2019 at Moore Funeral Home and Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 N. Davis, Arlington, TX 76012
