Dolores Perales

Dolores Perales, age 93, left her earthly home on July 20, 2024 in Arlington, Texas. She was born July 9, 1931 in Raymondville, Texas to Reymundo and Rafaela De La Garza. She married Tomas Perales, and the couple had 7 children. She was a devoted mother, wife, and homemaker. In her spare time, Dolores enjoyed spending time with family, praying for her loved ones, attending church every Sunday, reading devotional books, writing in her journal, calling family and friends, and watching telenovelas and I Love Lucy.

Her family and friends will always remember her as a strong woman of faith who exuded love and compassion for all people, including her family, friends, neighbors, and community members.

She is preceded in death by her husband Tomas Perales, son Christian Perales, and daughter Cynthia Perales, as well as her parents and siblings, 3 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

She is survived by 5 daughters: Rafaela Estrada, Betty Molina, Marta Loya, Silvia Loya, and Lupita Villegas, as well as 22 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren.

A visitation for Dolores will be held Monday, July 29, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
