Donald Craig Cook

Donald Craig Cook was born on Thursday April 22, 1937, in Jonesboro, Louisiana to the parents of William Cook and Lucille Allen.

Don was raised in Minden, LA and graduated from Concordia University in 1983.

Don proudly served our country as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps where he retired as a Major after 26 years. He married Criselda Garcia in 1960 and the couple had two children. He was a Missiles Division Executive at Northrop Aviation where he worked for more than 10 years.

In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing, hunting, going out to dance, traveling, and most of all spending time with his many friends. His friends and family will always remember Don as a hardworking, kind, generous and loving husband and father. His family was always very important to him. His love of the Marine Corps was never ending. His daughters are his proudest accomplishment.

He is preceded in death by his father William Cook, Mother Lucille Cook, his sister Sandy Cook, and his Wife Criselda Cook whom he loved dearly.

He is survived by his daughters Donna Cook of San Antonio TX, and Theresa Cook of Irving, TX.
