Donald Wayne Cruse

Donald Wayne Cruse, 84, of Arlington passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2014 in Arlington. Cremation services are under the direction of Moore Funeral Home. Inurnment will take place at Moore Memorial Gardens at a later date. Donald was born September 6, 1930 in Pierson Station, Illinois to Harry Cruse and Ruth Herman Cruse. He married Marian Louise Seitz July 21, 1951 in Biloxi, Mississippi and they enjoyed 63 happy years together. Donald proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1951 to 1955. He had a successful career in sales, both retail and as a manufacturer’s representative. He retired in 1991 from Caloric Appliance.

Mr. Cruse was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Marjorie Collins.

Survivors include his wife Marian Louise Cruse of Arlington, daughter Donna Louise Whittington of Arlington, grandson Michael Whittington of Boston, Massachusetts, granddaughter Emily Whittington of Arlington, brother, Harry Cruse of Springfield, Illinois, andnumerous nieces and nephews including special niece Linda Seitz of Arlington.
