

Dottie was born on December 24, 1938, in Louisville, Mississippi, to George Joiner and Paralee Roebuck. She was raised in Philadelphia, Mississippi, by her beloved grandfather, Benjamin Roebuck, who helped shape the strong and determined woman she became.
Dottie dedicated more than 35 years of service as a Construction Analyst with the U.S. Small Business Administration before retiring. She took great pride in her work and was known for her dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic.
In her spare time, Dottie found joy in gardening, cooking, crocheting, and tackling all kinds of yard and home improvement projects. She loved staying busy and took pride in creating a warm and welcoming home for her family and friends.
Those who knew Dottie will remember her as a hardworking, strong, caring, and compassionate person. Her kindness, resilience, and generous spirit touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Vickie Bott.
Dottie is survived by her grandchildren, Brandy Musick, Brandon Musick, and Christina Harrison; and her great-grandchildren, Max Jones, Benjamin Darquea, Alyssa Durgan, Emily Harrison, Kaitlyn Ervin, Dylann Harrison, and Shawn Musick. She also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory.
Dottie's legacy of love, strength, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
